*Please note: salmon is hot-smoked. Hot-smoked salmon is cooked at higher temperatures, around 70-80°C, giving it a firm, flaky texture and a bolder flavor. Unlike standard cold-smoked salmon, our hot-smoked is prepared without chemicals or nitrates.
