We are an artisan bakery based in Maadi specializing in sourdough bread, pastries, sweets, and savory creations handcrafted in small batches and made-to-order.

Our mission is to offer delicious bread and food unique to Cairo, inspired by European and North American recipes and techniques, using the highest quality ingredients available.
