In the style of a true boulangerie or artisan bakery, all of our bread is baked on-site, by hand, from scratch. All bread items are fermented with our own wild sourdough culture, never commercial yeast. We use no powdered milk, no additives, no fillers, no enhancers, no chemicals.
Our basic breads and baguettes are naturally vegan. Although we do not offer gluten-free, many of our gluten-sensitive customers find our bread easy to digest, due to our live sourdough culture and long fermentation process.
