A delicious Thai condiment. It's hot, spicy and sweet. This savory jam goes well with any selection of cold cuts of meat, cheese on a cracker, burgers, grilled chicken, in salad dressing, or simply add a bit of a spice to whatever you see fit.
Keeps for a year in a cool, dark cupboard. Refrigerate once opened.
Ingredients: Finely chopped red chilies, soy sauce, fish sauce, fresh ginger, vinegar & sugar.
