Burrata Cheese

Burrata is an Italian cheese made with a mozzarella shell & a creamy, buttery interior of cream mixed with shreds of mozzarella.  Rich & soft.  Serve it with salads, bread or enjoy it with a drizzle of olive oil & tomatoes.
